Certified Massage Therapist since 1998, Cisco Ford will team up with the High Fives Foundation to host a Massage Community Day on Saturday, June 21st from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Cisco specializes in deep tissue and sports massage, and he will administer hour-long appointments costing any size donation to the High Fives Foundation – to raise money and awareness for athletes who suffer a life altering injury while pursuing their dream in the winter action-sports community. WHY: To promote health and fitness in the Truckee-Tahoe Community the CR Johnson Healing Center has been hosting weekly Saturday Community Days for over a year. Along with promoting healthy living, the Community Days are in place to highlight local area healers and fitness professionals, while offering discounted treatments/classes to the public with proceeds going to the High Fives Foundation – CR Johnson Healing Center.
