Recovery from a life-altering injury is a long process. Watch one athletes journey through the world-renowned rehabilitation hospital that exclusively specializes in the neuro-rehabilitation and research of patients with spinal cord injury (SCI) and traumatic brain injury (TBI), Craig Hospital.

In November 2014, photographer Jim Harris, also known as Perpetual Weekend (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook), was practicing ski turns with a traction kite in Patagonia when the wind picked him up, whipped him around and threw him into the side of the mountain, resulting in a brutal spinal cord injury.
