How has High fives supported you and why is it important to give back?
“Since the first year after my injury the High Fives Foundation has been there to support everything that encompasses a life changing injury. From personal training sessions, learning to sit ski, learning to mountain bike and surfing with friends. Through these experiences they’ve created a community of like-minded individuals pushing themselves in adaptive sports, mentoring recently injured athletes and living an active lifestyle again. Now it’s a blessing to be able to give back to a foundation that feels like a family by creating a functional piece of art that showcases my favorite subject.”
