KC Deane is not only a local Tahoe pro skier, mountain biker and surfer, he is also a High Fives Athlete. This guy can’t be stopped! In 2010 while hitting a late-season backcountry booter in Lake Tahoe, he suffered a C-2 vertebrae break. The doctor told him he was lucky to be alive. Since then High Fives supplied the financial means for him to return to a professional level through physical therapy with Scott Williams at Synergy Therapeutics. Now, he’s made a full recovery.
