The High Fives Foundation will once again team up with the good people at lululemon athletica Lake Tahoe Showroom to host a fun event just for the guys called Broga and Brewskis at 7:00pm on Friday, March 14th at the CR Johnson Healing Center. In this 21 or older event, seasoned yoga instructor Jon Van Roo will walk class participants through a series of yoga poses tailored to the inflexible (men). During the hour-long session participants will enjoy dude-typical music while preparing to indulge in tasty libations served up by Ninkasi Brewing Co following class.
Through a day of donation to the High Fives Foundation, anyone with a Y chromosome (men) are welcome to join the class, and can do so by signing up online at www.crjohnson.org/schedule. The CR Johnson Healing Center will have yoga mats available, though class participants are encouraged to bring them if possible.
