Director of Group Exercise at Saint Mary’s Center for Health & Fitness, Carrie Haines will once again link up with the High Fives Foundation this Saturday at 9:00am to introduce an entirely new class to the CR Johnson Healing Center – Cycle Bosu® Power Hour. In this high intensity class participants will spend the first 30 minutes interval training on spin bikes, capped off by 30 minutes of core training on Bosu® balls. This class, not for the faint of heart, is open to anyone for a simple donation to the High Fives Foundation. All scheduling can be done right online at www.crjohnson.org/schedule.
“I’m very excited to offer this new class to the CR Johnson Healing Center,” said Personal Trainer Carrie Haines. “It is a high intensity class that active people of all ages and abilities can really benefit from.”
