Danny needed a new snowboarding goal after suffering his Traumatic Brain Injury on January 3rd, 2011. He wanted something to get fired up on in his favorite passion, snowboarding. Danny set his new goal to land a Double Cork 1080, a very popular trick in professional snowboarding at the time of his injury. With help from several people he was able to practice in a safe environment and learn the skills to take it to the hill.
