About Jake Hickman: The reigning J2 National Champion, Jake was injured on December 22, 2011 at Steamboat Springs, CO at the US National Team Selections, when he caught an edge before one of the jumps. When he was taken to the hospital and found out that he was temporarily paralyzed from the T8 level down, he used it as motivation to work harder than ever. Jake’s US Ski Team dreams were within grasp, and he plans on working his way back to that level, and with his work ethic the sky is the limit.

The GoPro stage (located at the Plaza Bar) will feature three fantastic DJ’s. High Fives Athlete Jake Hickman will open the evening as DJ Big in Japan followed by the smooth sounds of DJ Carlo, with Chris Clouse with Ryan Lucero bringing the dance vibe to close the night. On the KOSS stage (located in Bar One) Mary Poppin’s and The Silver Boombox will get everyone moving for Andy Frasco and the UN (whose sound is classified as party blues with a touch of barefoot boogie)!
