#HighFivesAthlete Spent Her 27th Birthday (7/20) Celebrating with Her Incredible Family! Happy Birthday Super Sally!
“I had my birthday on Sunday, at home with my parents in Colorado Springs. I saw our family dog, a chocolate lab named Abby, and my brother has a chocolate lab/German short hared pointer mix. It’s very good to have family members that have dogs, because I don’t have to get one!
Thank you to my family, who has played a big role in my recovery- I don’t think I would be as far along as I am without them. My accident was pretty severe, but I lived on my own in under two years.
My recent accomplishments include doing the things I used to love doing- like going to coffee shops and reading or working on my computer, listening to music, walking to the gym, and cooking. I absolutely love baking, cooking, and anything that involves making food.” – Sally Francklyn
