Congratulations to Landon McGauley on Four Strong Years!
Young BC, Canada native, Landon McGauley has been under the wings of the High Fives Foundation since he suffered a spinal cord injury mountain biking exactly four years ago today (July 4, 2014).
Landon has accomplished some pretty amazing things in just four short years, and the High Fives Foundation couldn’t be more proud of him!
“When I look back on the last four years it seems to have flown by, but at the same time it seems to be a lifetime ago that I injured myself on a mountain bike on July 4, 2010. I can’t help but feel like I have received such an incredible amount of love, support, encouragement and of course high fives. My incredible road to recovery all started on the amazing day that I got the first email from High Fives Foundation. From skiing in the Lake Tahoe area, surfing in SoCal, to waterskiing in Mississippi, High Fives has made these last four years feel like a complete blessing. I cannot wait to see what we will be able to accomplish over the next four years. Without the High Fives Foundation, my life would not be even nearly as close to this amazing, and for that, I owe them endless amounts of love, hard work and High Fives!” – Landon McGauleu
